How did we start?
Pavel Uhrinčať founded company HRman s.r.o. in 2003. After long-time practical experience with human resources management and development in different companies in the production and services area in Slovakia (from known e.g. Pepsi Cola, Pivovar Šariš - member of South African Breweries, Slovenske telekomunikacie - member of Deutsche Telecom) he decided to found own company and to provide qualified, specialized and complex personnel services to wider range of companies. Pre-condition to this step has been business sector development in Slovakia as well as expected economy growth at the time of Slovakia entry the European Union. |
