EMPLOYEE RELATIONS includes mainly:
  • Current status evaluation and goal definition in the area of employee relations
  • Influence the individual and teams' treatment influence on morals and company results
  • Advice to line managers in area of individual and collective labour relations (labour law and related policies, employee councils, trade unions, equal and fair treatment etc.)
  • Employee management related policies and documents preparation (occupational code, collective agreement, disputes and grievance, discipline etc.)
  • Counseling to line managers during organization change process (restructuring, dismissals, etc.) and reporting to related offices
  • Evaluation of defined employee relations system goals achievement
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS does not include:
  • Delivery of discipline or restructuring related documents to individual employee
  • Collective bargaining and negotiation process (if not agreed otherwise)
  • Claims solving (if not agreed otherwise)
