EMPLOYEE RELATIONS includes mainly:
- Current status evaluation and goal definition in the area of employee relations
- Influence the individual and teams' treatment influence on morals and company results
- Advice to line managers in area of individual and collective labour relations (labour law and related policies, employee councils, trade unions, equal and fair treatment etc.)
- Employee management related policies and documents preparation (occupational code, collective agreement, disputes and grievance, discipline etc.)
- Counseling to line managers during organization change process (restructuring, dismissals, etc.) and reporting to related offices
- Evaluation of defined employee relations system goals achievement

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS does not include:
- Delivery of discipline or restructuring related documents to individual employee
- Collective bargaining and negotiation process (if not agreed otherwise)
- Claims solving (if not agreed otherwise)
